NobleGo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the NobleGo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

NobleGo is an all-in-one business toolkit that provides:

• QR Code Generator (19 types)
• Invoice Generator with PDF export and email delivery
• AI-powered Social Media Caption Generator
• Brand Kit management
• Asset Gallery for business media

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information during registration
• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Subscription Plans

Free Plan: Access to standard features with usage limits.

Pro Plan (₦4,999/month): Unlimited access to all features including advanced analytics, unlimited AI captions, custom branding, and 5GB asset storage.

• Subscriptions are processed through Paystack, Flutterwave, or PayPal
• Plans renew monthly unless cancelled
• No refunds for partial months
• Cancel any time through your Profile settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use NobleGo to:

• Create QR codes or content that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful
• Violate any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Send spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Impersonate any person or organisation

6. Intellectual Property

The NobleGo app, its design, logo, and code are owned by NobleGo. Content you create (invoices, QR codes, captions) remains yours. By using the AI caption feature, you grant us permission to process your input through Google Gemini API to generate results.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

NobleGo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any business losses arising from use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NobleGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Profile settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
